ITAV Child Care Services (ages 3 to 5) is located at 4020 W Division St., on the same block as our Early Learning Center (ages birth to 3) at 4000 W Division St.

The low staff-to-student ratio allows each child’s natural curiosity to direct his or her learning and to shape our curriculum. Our highly qualified teachers (Masters and Bachelor Degrees) and staff are committed to working within each child’s comfort zone to ensure optimal social, emotional and educational results. All staff have received satisfactory background checks, and are certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid.

 It Takes A Village receives supplement funding from the City of Chicago’s Department of Family Support Services (DFSS) to provide all of our preschool-aged programs with high quality early learning experiences. Our Head Start program provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive evidence-based child development and family support services to help families prepare their young children under age five for later school success.

ITAV Child Care Services offers the gold standard in early childhood development with an unmatched academic focus. Children are taught early mastery of literacy, mathematics, and critical thinking skills. This includes specialization in early reading and math instruction, as well as The Creative Curriculum and Building Language for Literacy. We ensure that every child enrolled in our program graduates at a level above the current standards for kindergarten entry.
